Our philosophy is simple - to modernize your software platform, so you don't have to modernize your applications.
YoServer products:
- are entirely built in JEE6 Enterprise Java;
- render to your browser or mobile platform using pure HTML and Javascript;
- accurately reproduce the appearance and functionality of the Oracle products they replace;
- fix countless bugs in the original software;
- allow for the addition of new features and enhancements as required by users;
- work with over 10 years of Oracle software releases allowing diverse applications to be unified on a single platform.
The entire YoServer products suite is due for rollout during Q2 - Q4 2012 - see the individual product pages for further details.

Quintessence is the developer of in2j - which began as a technology to migrate Oracle code into Java® for immediate deployment while faithfully reproducing the look, feel and function of the original application. It has successfully migrated millions of lines of PL/SQL to Java, as well as numerous Oracle Forms / Reports applications.
The migration service is no longer available however the tried and tested in2j technology lives on - at the heart of our YoServer products.
Our first in2j-based offering, in 2001, was a custom migration service for PL/SQL, later extended to include Oracle Forms and Reports.
By offering this service we were was able to refine and perfect the in2j technology through extensive real-world experience, including hundreds of undocumented features within Forms that are nonetheless widely used.
The in2j technology remains at the heart of our current products but is no longer available 'standalone'. In 2010 we realised that most users do not really want to modernize or migrate their applications at all. They would rather keep them running - but on a modern software platform with the power to propel their applications into the future.
Accordingly the company is now 100% committed to the development and enhancement of its YoServer product range and no longer offers automated migration services.
